For Lil....

For Lil....

...now this is just a bee...but, see what I mean about puff-adders...or rattle snakes...or having to get up close and personal with whatever dangerous critters are around, eh?! :)

30 Aug, 2011

Seriously allergic - my heart goes haywire! Got stung a few weeks ago for the second time in my life.........

30 Aug, 2011

Oh! Not good, Meanie...!
Try googling 'desmodium', I'm not offering a cure, but, I know that the French Gov. have been looking into it seriously since 2009 (after 30 years of research)...for many reasons, including anaphylactic (? spelling?) allergy...
...if nothing comes up, I can send the French reports...
Sorry, Really not on a soapbox, but if it can help...

30 Aug, 2011

30 Aug, 2011

Thank you Paul, W and Pl...All shapes and sizes! :))

The French are great believers in spraying with garlic infused water, Meanie and W...I don't know about spider mite, but it works on thrips!

31 Aug, 2011

Worth a punt to see if it finishes them off - I have them mostly under control now.

31 Aug, 2011

It won't do any harm...crush two or three cloves in a litre of boiling water, leave overnight and spray...

Tell me if it works!
