the bush was a lovely vase shape but the one branch looks like it needs a prop...If I could safely dispose of the thorny branches I'd cut it back..but bought this type of rose because it will do well even if it is not pruned.

Looks like it's loaded with blooms, it looks great with the spiraea and artemisia.
