My new Geranium "Elke"

Gorgeous colour and I like the veining patterns on the petals :o)

I saw this when I visited Spritz' garden TT, and just fell in love with it. It looked "painted". I think it will show sharper difference in shades as the flower ages.

Maybe photograph the flower again as it matures ...

Might catch it again on Monday night. We are off to Dottydaisy's open day tomorrow and Sir Thingamy Hillier's Gardens on Monday.

Little one had a bad cold, for some reason he has always suffered from them, older one never seems to get them.

It was certainly lovely to see them both, 6 and a half hours in the car was not so lovely!

Terrible this compulsion isnt it? Im sure plants have magnets in them and we have responders in our brains..like..iron filings! Mine are getting a bit rusty with all this rain tho.
