On my last visit to my daughter's house, she replaced these planters with new ones and of course I took these home - how can I pass up anything that's free,lol?? I even made out well with the plants. A customer drove into one of our concrete planters at the store, demolishing it, so I went out to clear up the mess. My extremely nice manager told me to toss the poor plants or take them home if I wished...guess which I picked?? They all survived their ordeal; now if I don't manage to do them in...

Don't tell me you work at a store where you sell plants - I just couldn't, I would spend all my wages on them!

Yes Spritzhenry, it's baaaad!! I try not to look but somehow still end up buying something! Thank goodness the garden center only runs a couple of months. Of course then it is the houseplants and the fresh baked goods that 'call' to me...
