japanese anemone ~ grows in the shade and brightens it up ~ the ferns and hostas around it are nearly all dying down so its good to see this one at the back of the border

I have just looked out of my computer room window and sure enough, I have one flower left on my Anenome, also a white one like yours! They are lovely!

I have white anenome in my garden too! Unfortunately they are all under snow at the moment! :-( Nice to look at the photo and remember the flowers.
