This is a photo of the pond I created in the wildlife area of my garden about 5 years ago. Unfortunately it developed a leak so last year I had to replace the liner. See my blog entry dated 28.08.10 for photos showing how this was done

I like this kind of gardening that gives creatures more cover and helps biodiversity. I have mini woodpiles and a couple of shrubby corners but no space for anything as lovely as this.
