Opened up for my husbands' birthday.....lol !

Ha ha, Sixpence, my husband is 6' 3" too, like the Sunflower !

He could pick the seed s for Richard then save him climbing and risking his health then lol.

thats a beauty richard, cant wait for mine, which i didnt plant by the way, lots of dropped seeds behind my salix tree and a few have grown quite well even though bunched together ;o))

Thanks Sandra -I like growing sunflowers they are interesting to watch and I save the seeds for the following year ;-)

they do look great richard i agree, may keep some seeds myself ;o))

I started them off indoors and then planted them out. Today I planted out some parsnips which I have been growing indoors ;-)
