no this tree does not have any flowers at any time, i have watched for them and i tried to smash one of the seeds and they are hard as bb's i can 't smash them. i'm not sure if the pods are seeds or not. someone said if they were seeds the tree would flower but it has not. mispie

Before the berries appear does this have a cream flower on it if so its Elderberry.
