Just a great photo from last year.

This photo was from last year. The corn field in the background had been tilled under after the end of the growing season, the little birds were hitting the feeders and my "forsythia" was just starting to grow after being transplanted. What a great "blast from the past!".
My how things have changed! The same feeder is still there, but the tree that it is hanging in has increased its' trunk diameter by over 3 inches in just 2 years due to my organic TLC around Its' drip-line. That tree is probably the most "spoiled plant" that I have growing.. {chuckle} It was the only native tree growing on the property that was not cut down by our builder, so I tend to take rather good care of it. ;-)
