They'll 'go' nicely with the deep purple ones, I think. I shall plant a few tulips and narcissi underneath.

How often do you change the planting in Mum's pot ?

In the year since she died, I've planted it up twice...the winter pansies lasted right through to a couple of weeks ago, though! They were a real bargain. :-) So - bulbs in, with pansies and a little conifer, then I changed the conifer for a large Osteospermum, oh, and added a white petunia and some white lobelia when one pansy got 'munched'.

Your mother would be delighted that you plant her pot so prettily :o)

Thanks - I do that pot really carefully...she loved flowers right to the end of her life. It's lovely to have two of her terracotta pots, though the other one is smaller, so it doesn't hold many plants. :-)
