We took measurments and the Game Dept. then gave him another injection to speed up his recovery (it worked in about 8 seconds) and he was released to go be a tomcat, visit his 6 or 7 female friends, eat off of their kills (deer primarily) and move on. Sounds like some of my pals! He ranged about 17 miles up the canyon, according to the Game Dept. from the tracking data.
