Moving the window

We had planned to move this bedroom window to make better use of the interior space. Now that the house is being built next door, it makes even more sense, as the apple tree in the hedge gives us some privacy, at least in summer.

Yes, had to wait until Patrick had built a walk-in closet in that room, under the sloping roof on the right. Now he can finish shingling this wall on the exterior. You don't realize how big the house is until you apply the shingles!
