The vet had a problem with Misty!

Monday, we received a call from our vet that there was a little problem spaying Misty.

It turns out that the shelter had “her” mislabeled and neutering would probably work much better! My God, we never looked closely!
I could care less, because the little guy is the cat that have always dreamed of!
The only problem is re-naming him! Misty is a female name. Any ideas out there? Our vet was absolutely rolling when we talked to him!

Anyway, he came home today after the front feet declawing operation and the neutering and was SO glad to see “daddy”! I held him and gave him rubs in all of the right places and he was purring like crazy! That’s my little “critter critter”!

What a great little guy! :-)

How about 'Clint' ( as in 'Play Misty for Me'? )

Just a thought!

Time I stopped having thoughts, I guess!

I'd just keep calling him Misty, he doesn't know it is considered to be a female name. Glad all is well with the little fellow.

Misther prounanced Mister (missedher) as a play on words?

29 Oct, 2009

Remember the cat needs to be able to relate and respond to this do you really want to call 'Mister' every time you looking for the cat?

Mad

Why did he need de-clawing n2organics?
Hope he's glad to be known as he, he must have been really laughing at the humans. You could keep calling him Misty and add boy, so he's Misty-Boy.

Moon Grower must have ESP because the cat that we found on the internet that brought us to a shelter in another city was called "Mystic" and she had already been adopted just a few days before our visit.. That is where we found little lovable "Misty". We changed a few letters and later found out that our little "Misty" was a "he"! LOL!

Mystic just fit our little baby so well and he responds to the name when we give him "cat treats" and feed him.
I'll refill his food bowl and call out "Mystic critter critter" and he knows that it's time to eat and be spoiled.
What a great little baby!
