Visit to Rosemoor RHS Garden during our visit to Devon.

Firstly,many apologies for not responding yet to your kind comments since last week…we were able to visit our friends in Devon for a few days.During our stay there we had a pre booked day at Rosemoor….have always wanted to visit it but something has always prevented it.
The weather was glorious not too hot.The pre ordered lunch boxes were also successful, no queuing for lunch.The hessian bags will be very useful.There were many seats dotted throughout the garden to rest on too.
The following photos are taken of different areas ,Mediterranean, Woodland and the Lake. Hope you enjoy.

Tibouchina urvilleana (Princess flower) very pretty,sprawling shrub is the penultimate photo.

This and Harlow Carr near Harrogate are my 2 favourite RHS gardens. We've been here a few times over the years, usually returning from hols in the West Country and love it in all seasons. You have caught it at a very beautiful time of year.

I've never been, being able see it through your camera is very much appreciated, the photo's are really good, I love the ones of the lake, glorious autumn colours, beautifully reflected in the lake...Pleased you were able to visit M'land, thankyou for sharing...
