Going to be very productive.

Looks wonderful and so well organised. Most of my beans have been nibbled by a little brown thing, vole or mouse not sure which or both.

Healthy looking start, very neat Linda. Have to agree with Chris, your soil looks really good!

Barbara and I put in the runner beans today. Her ninety year old brother told us to dig a trench, line it with newspaper, cover with compost and add chicken pellets. I had to dig three trenches etc. It took us all afternoon.
The soil has been well looked after over the years by Barbara’s husband who died a few years ago.
We have kept up his good work.

My word, it all looks amazingly organized! I haven't got the stamina at present to do more than about 10 mins in our garden and it shows...

We cleared and improved the soil in the raised beds or as Barbara calls them, the coffins. It was another day of hard work. It is all in the preparation. Sowing seed is the easy bit.😊

Lol coffins yes that is true its the preperation that counts.
