Another Good Day.

Perfect weekend, Fri and Sat cloudless blue skies and sunshine, this morning frost on the car windscreens so I guess its time to sort the greenhouses for the winter..
2hrs later both my greenhouses are tidied, shelving placed back ready for the winter, one gardeners delight tom plant still growing though so that is still in situ, all the rest have now been removed, toms have lasted really well, even though they seemed to take a long while to begin to ripen this year..
These will be smothered indoors..
.

Aquilegia coming along well, soon be ready for potting on

More Pansies also awaiting new homes..
Time for a wander..

Teatime I found a new species in the greenhouse..

He was disappointed as the frogs have moved out now..
Below is my White Clematis, grown from a cutting off my dads one, just hoping I can keep it going through the winter..

The Pampas looking good in the sun..

Ten mins later and I think it looks even better..

Hope my mower comes back soon….

Great blog & lovely photos. I wish we had had some of your sunshine over in my little corner of the world ... all we had was torrential rain over the weekend. Monday morning now, & the sun is finally parading across blue skies!

Nice to see all your photos Ll. My you have been a busy little bunny! Looks like you have things well in control for the coming cold months ahead. Its nice to have just a few little seedlings in the greenhouse to keep you going. I have withdrawal symptoms with no seeds!

Thanks everyone, the Nerines did take years to actually flower but now there is no stopping them, flowers last for weeks which is a good thing...
I`m really pleased with my clematis, just hope it gets through the winter, haven`t got a clue where to put it though but thats something to sort next year, lol.

Fabulous Nerines, lincslass. I planted some a few years ago which flowered in their first year but haven't been seen since. The site is sheltered and sunny which I thought woud suit them well. Maybe they didn't like the company (mainly lambs' ears and aquilegia).

How clever; to grow Clematis from cuttings. If I had a greenhouse I would try that as they are rather expinsive and I do love them. Really nice blog. Gorgeous cat!!!...
