glad you got the weather they said holly, we didnt, rained this morning then cloudy with a speck of sun here and there but still chilly :o(

Holly it must take you ages to water all the pots, the garden is looking great.

It has been glorious here and still is, I won some pot plants on ebay, bought me some viola, going to plant them up after supper :))). Long may it continue. Your garden is beautiful, all those pot plants :))))

We had summer here too today, Holly, and I finally made a start on my wet front garden. It's still a bit sticky but workable - hurrah :)

A day does make all the difference! On Tuesday I was working on the allotment & had to wear a thick jumper but Wednesday I was working in shirtsleeves for the first time this year!

Today the chilly wind is back again & it's not at all comfortable out on the balcony! Our granddaughter, Kirsty, spends Thursdays with us & she likes to go out on the balcony & help me water the plants. Today she didn't stay out foe long saying it was cold. She was 4 years old just a week ago today!

Your garden looks lovely. There's so much there and it's very colourful :) I hope this nice weather will last a while.

Better late than never, how many pots have you got?
It's almost a month later since you put these pics onto GoY, and I bet you've been watering every day, up to a few days ago. Pots are really greedy for water. Anyway, been away a while and so I am going through everything just to see what I've missed. Well one thing is sure you are one busy lady with that colorful garden. Keep it up and take care

I certainly have to water every day during warm weather & the hanging baskets, on the hottest days, twice, with water retaining granules! Before it was up to x3 a day for the baskets!

Thanks Titchy......yes everythings growing well and lots of watering... we did get a heavy downpour last week... i havnt counted my pots for a while... will have to have a head count... will let you know.... : O ))

I sometimes have to water my patio pots twice a day if its really sunny Balcony....

I'm not surprised as the weather where you must be very similar to here. Cambridgeshire had the driest April in around 100 years according to the weather forecast on BBC Look East the other week!
