I was at Wilkinson's last week - they had a large trolley thing outside the door full of random packets of bulbs, all mixed together. Now you'd think, wouldn't you, that as they've been taken off the shelves where they've been on display for some weeks, they'd be reduced - well you'd be wrong - they wanted full price for them! I was staggered, given that you'd have to rootle through piles of packets, in the rain, to find anything you might want. I didn't bother...

Any bulbs on display should be at reduced price by now. Often some good bargains to be had.

You'd think, bulbaholic, that's why I was staggered. Unusual for Wilkinsons, they usually reduce stuff to virtually nothing normally.

Nice to have a bargain. I'll have to go and have a look.
