Tecomaria compensis- Cape Honeysuckle (Tecomaria compensis- Cape Honeysuckle)

I took this photo today...these plants are in bloom all over in San Diego right now. These plant are native to Mozambique, South Africa. There's many hybrids available now...in different shades of golden/yellow and darker oranges and even a fuchsia colored variety.

Thanks for the comments! They actually can grow quite large and very wide.

This plant is probably about 23 feet/ 7 meters tall. They are usually used as a large, tall hedge.
