Succisa pratensis?

siris

By Siris

Succisa pratensis? (Succisa pratensis (Ascabiosa Mordida))

A rosette of bright green leaves with 3ft spikes of airy deep blue/purple scabious-like flowers in Autumn. At present in my Alpine scree area, to be relocated as didn't appreciate its mature size when given the plantlet , given as a Phyteum.

Tall in flower, and the basal leaves are now quite wide. I hope it will locate easily as I do like it.

See who else is growing Succisa pratensis (Ascabiosa Mordida).

See who else has plants in genus Succisa.
