Saxifraga 'Kinki Purple' (For my File) (Saxifraga stolonifera (Mother Of Thousands))

A better cultivar of the houseplant Mother of Thousands, can be grown outside with care. It puts out runners which produce plantlets at the end,

My goodness that has done well, it must have doubled in size!! I don't expect you could see our new Saxifrage because it was behind the big red banana....very different from our others.....

Thank you Dd, it has increased in size and also put out one long runner, (you can just see on the rhs), but no babies yet.
No I don't think I saw your new Saxifrage.

No, I don't think I saw Gelbes Monster. If I did, didn't register, sorry, don't like green flowers that much.

It's really the rosette of leaves that is the attraction.

I have the regular form which produces plenty of runners. Is this really likely to be hardy?

What else?

See who else is growing Saxifraga stolonifera (Mother Of Thousands).

See who else has plants in genus Saxifraga.

This photo is of "Saxifraga 'Kinki Purple'" in Siris's garden
