This is one of the plants I sprayed with weedkiller by mistake, but it is also one of the few that have survived :) Isn't it lovely when full of flowers ...

Yes, nice to know it's a tough plant.
I had a big S. hakusanensis - that one's totally dead ...!
but I know someone who's going to give me a root of theirs :)

I've not heard of that one Hywel, off to have a google :-), good that someones giving you a piece of theirs :-), I hate loosing plants.
Thanks Dd, I grew this one from seed several years ago it gets very tall, some years 5-6ft.
