siris

Rhodiola rosea (For my File) (Rhodiola rosea (Kingscrown))

A succulent perennial from the arctic regions which I first saw at Hyde Hall. Bought one last year, flowering now.

Thanks for naming this Siris. I've had one for years but never knew its name.

Thanks Hywel, I don't know if it's R. heterodonta Rosea? It's called Rosea because the flowers are supposed to be pink! Maybe they will turn colour with age

Strange name then, mine stays yellow all the time.

What else?

See who else is growing Rhodiola rosea (Kingscrown).

See who else has plants in genus Rhodiola.

This photo is of "Rhodiola rosea" in Siris's garden
