Funny, my blue and wine coloured ones came out before the white this year! They are such lovely things - I was out stroking them earlier!!

Awwww...I'm sorry. My mauve one has lots of leaves, but no flowers as yet, and I've mislaid the red one. lol.

You're ahead of me with these Barbara, mine are only just breaking through.

Did you see my new pink one? I'm so pleased with it. :-))

Yes, really lovely.:o)) By the way we had a lecture at our HP club last week by a chap who holds the National Collection of Celendines !!. 197 in the collection.

I think that's rather funny, to be quite honest, Pam. How on earth would you cope with all those naughty little thugs? Your whole garden would soon be over-run with them! lol.

I know Barbara, Brazen Hussy's doing well with me, she's surrounded my pink Lathyrus. I hope she stays on your bank.

14 Apr, 2010

Well - she might jump off the bank onto the gravel outside the gate, but that wouldn't matter! I can keep an eye on her movements, and she won't be allowed in. I'm still amazed at someone who'd WANT to have the National collection of them - maybe he has a HUGE garden and can contain them in one area! Did anyone ask him about how he controls them?

Your poor Lathyrus! No compettion there. :-((
