A miniature Waterlily that I bought about 5 years ago. This is its first time flowering.

How pretty......our small ones haven’t flowered this year.....only our large white one, which we have now given to our daughter for her new ponds..

Probably more like 10+ years waiting!
This has been the year when plants I've had for several years have at last flowered, probably because they heard me muttering to myself, (spade in hand) that they need to go as not worth the wait or space.
