Pale pink waterlily (Nymphaea)

The pale pink water lily was discarded into the compost bin because as you can see from this 2014 photo it is too big for the size of the pond. Retrieved 2015

No, I just decided since it had survived in the compost bin, I ought to re home it with someone with a bigger, deeper pond. It is only a small piece at the moment! Temporarily housed.

It has gone to its new home this week. Everyone happy. I was so guilty because it came from my mother's pond, thats why I retrieved it. It had been in the bin all winter, and started to sprout leaves.
