Incarvillea delavayi

Incarvillea delavayi (Incarvillea delavayi)

I have a white one, as well, but it's nowhere near flowering yet.

I like these but can't keep them. They flower one year and disappear.

I was a bit worried about the white ones, bought last year - they were so late appearing, but they're coming on. I think they might be short-lived, as I had them in Kent, and they didn't re-appear after the third year. They're very 'showy' plants, aren't they!

They are showey Spritz, at least while they are around.

Well - as long as they earn their place in the flower bed - and I think they do.
