Sweet Broom not to be confused with Scotch broom


Sweet Broom not to be confused with Scotch broom (cytisus spachianus)

This broom originates in the canary islands and is not prolific like the scotch broom but it does make a beautiful statement. It is also evergreen at least in my area it is.

I understand from researching the web that many "broom-type" plants lose their tiny leaves in after blooming and look pretty sad the rest of the year.
