There's very few coconut palms in Southern California...I've never seen one bear coconuts...maybe one day this one will bear some. LOL

I heard of a Coconut Palm growing beautifully in Ocean View Hills/San Ysidro, by an incredible gardener. They have a sub-tropical climate due to the Tijuana River Valley, located 7 miles from the coast, and the ocean views from the foothills are incredible.
