Looks really healthy. I hope it romps away once it is planted.

Feverfew we bought a larger shrub than we normally buy, so it should get away quickly......
Lindak it is a gorgeous red, very striking...
Thanks HB and Wildrose,
Me too Siris....
Amy we had quite a few National Garden tokens to spend, and we have a GC/designers/ landscapers who sell larger than average plants which is what we were looking for, have not got the time to wait for plants to grow any more lol ? we reckon we only need two more evergreens, and a few quick growing perennials, which have been ordered on eBay, and we should be done!

Dottydaisy2:

Thanks. I wasn't sure...they start flowering here in November.

26 Feb, 2016

They vary a great deal over here, most of ours are December onwards....

26 Feb, 2016

I've seen them bloom in mid-October; however, it can be very hot and dry in October and the flowers burn. They can actually burn in December and January, also...especially, when it's really hot and dry.
