Flowering from the bottom up, Camassia (Camassia (leichtlinii 'semiplena'?))

The flowers on this creamy white Camassia open from the bottom upwards. Flowers later than the blue. Given to me by a neighbour, think it might be leichtinii 'Semiplena'

Variegated leaves, white flowers, that would be excellent in a white garden area?
