No, not my garden but a local natural pond that me and the dogs and a few GoY mates like to walk to. It's beautiful, the dogs love it. I was trying to wade up to the bull rushes!

I have some covered in flowers ,I noticed today that when I walk in them with bare feet they slosh as though there's water in them when there isn't 'Odd ' I also have some green Hunters for when I want to look posh !

6 Jul, 2012

I used to have wellies that squelshed when I walked.....think they are the one ones with a hole in now! My posh ones got leaky too...so I have given up and just buy silly ones!

Do you keep the ones with the holes in for dry weather Lulu ?

6 Jul, 2012

I do Amy, they are in my studio. I was going to fill them with concrete for a garden sculpture or do something wacky with them! I have recently used them to slip on when I go feed the fish as that's where the food was stashed!

I find boots very handy in long grass even with holes you don't know what might be creeping about between your toes !

6 Jul, 2012

LoL, I only minded once what I found creeping up between my toes.........leeches! YUK, although it was in Oz! It's the only time I have really squealed out loud!
