Just seen this on Spritz's photos. I'm now wondering if I have this down the garden, almost swamped by my Kerria! When it stops raining I will have to go and compare :)

It will be nice if you do have one Gee :-)

It stopped raining so I wandered down the garden path and - No, mine is not variegated, Dawn, but it has small slender leaves. Another poor unnamed Hebe!!

amazed mine survived - lost our Ceanothus though :(

What a shame Paul. Now my ceanothus survived, amazingly. Looked dead but left it and it sprouted from the bottom.

that's great :))))) - I have 2 still alive - real beauty things :))))))))

13 Jan, 2012

Hi Paul, I got a C. concha last Spring and set it on the house south facing wall, I particularly like the small, dark green leaved Ceanothus with the very deep blue flowers. Im looking forward to see that one flower :-)

13 Jan, 2012

Sounds great :)))))- yes I am a big fan of them :)) Hope it does well for you :)))))) Just checked it looks a beauty :))

14 Jan, 2012

Thanks Paul. Got it from Measham Car Boot - some really good plant stalls there, you should go, will start again around Easter time.

18 Jan, 2012

Will definitely try anywhere that sells plants :))))) Can't wait til Easter and Spring :)))))

I know, Winter seems so long. Nursery people sell there along with others selling their home grown. Lots of bedding plants for sale last year, so much cheaper than the garden centres. :-)
