i have filled the tyres with lots of gravel, sand and some soil to give good drainage.

Sandra, you say your garden is one and a half acres.
With that large area to work, you won't have an ounce of spare weight on you by the end of the year!
A fun way of keeping fit.....
.......and some of those tyres would make an interesting agility course for dogs, too!

When Henry and I went to dog agility classes, that was the last piece of equipment he mastered. He just refused to jump through, week after week! He was great on everything else! :-)
