On a serious note they flower late summer early autumn and grow well in USA and Northern Europe hence the name I guess.

We have dwarf foxgloves in flower too alongside cyclamen.

Thanks Amy Hywel and Milky .

Actually I've been doing the new P 90 X body building workout with my son Brandon. His friend bailed on him, and he needed a partner to work out with and he knows he has me tightly wrapped around his little finger and wouldn't be able to say no. The work outs last from and hour to an hour and thirty minutes, six days a week. So after I finish my work out each evening (after putting in a 9 and a half hour day at work), I generally just crawl into a corner somewhere and die....lol. The program lasts for 90 days so I won't be around for a while on a regular basis. Sorry Bonkers but I'm so brain dead now, I wouldn't be able to put two good sentences together for a blog...lol. I do good to answer my emails and messages. But I will get her done before Spring..... well, *maybe*... ;-) hehehe !

No worries about the blog I know they take a while and only teasing ... six days a week work out for 90 mins OMG guess I would be with the friend who bailed out esp after working too ..

Of course NFL starts again soon ? so Roger will be far too busy exercising his remote finger .. I m with him and a few beers more than enough exercise for me after work.

Think you should take it as a huge compliment that Brandon happy to be seen with you ..my son would die with embarrassment if I suggested such a thing !

Looking forward to seeing the after pics when you done .. thats if anything left of you lol

Yea....., I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going to survive it myself....lol. May have bitten off more than I can chew this time. My problem is that I've always loved a challenge and I have a very hard time giving up.
I'm very blessed where my son is concerned, I can't think of anyone on this green earth that I'd rather be sharing it with. He's our little angel. Well..., not that little actually...., he's 5' 11" and weighs 186 lbs....lol.
Roger would love to have a remote control workout buddy Bonkers, shall I tell him you're interested in the position....? Hope you're good at sleeping sitting up too, while keeping a firm grip on the remote. Roger has become a pro at that routine !...LOL

17 Oct, 2009

Oh Flower ..I d love to give it a go but fear position may already be taken have you seen Milkys pics of her hubby Ray ? A true professional who takes that role so seriously the amount of practise he puts in ..some serious competition there for Roger lol

17 Oct, 2009

Yes I believe you're right Bonkers.... lol, he looks like a professional. I believe Roger has met his match ! I think Hubby will be putting in some extra practice sessions now that he knows he has some serious competition....;-)

Perhaps they like me .. never been able to work and eat . Cant seem to do anything having eaten so only eat in evenings .

Jane always saying how can I work with no breakfast or lunch but if you digging or cutting grass through dog mess you lose your appetite.

Your hands then covered in oil and petrol makes your sandwiches taste pretty strange. lol

20 Oct, 2009

Too much information there, Bb!! YUK!!! I think I'd better send you some wet-wipes! lol.
