I make spaghetti sauce with them... mush them up and pour it as a sauce and the flavor is unreal. They also taste great fried with scrambled eggs... or raw in a salad. Try them! I don't eat them raw as much as cooked.

Love these, courgettes or zucchinis, I watched a cookery prog once where they coated the flowers in batter and fried them!
