Lophomyrtus x ralphii 'Red Dragon'

Planted to take the place of the Hebe that got frost-damaged.

I love red-coloured plants and this is a beautiful one that I haven't heard of before.

No, nor me - I posted a question on GOY when I first saw it, and Andrew says it will need winter protection. Well, OK, I'll be ready!

I loved it when I saw it, so I am taking the risk. There are more named varieties - a smaller one called 'Kathryn'.
