Sorry mate, thats a small branch with holes drilled in where I pack with suet and hang from a branch in the tree.

Even better Tanny...and your woodpecker agrees ! We have a couple of ancient apple trees with lots of crevices into which we have been packing mealworms for the wrens ! May try your idea too if you would nt mind !
