They are pretty birds! Never mind - you will be giving the new owners such pleasure, and you can look forward to more, can't you!

Congratulations on raising such healthy young birds.
It is sad for you to say goodbye to them.
Hopefully the new owners will keep in touch and let you know how the Rosellas are getting on.
I've promised to keep in touch with the breeder of my new puppy. I have already sent her a photo of him in his new home :o)

Please dont..you will be giving others a chance to enjoy their birds as much as you do.....

I no Bonkerstone but its breaking my heart I have watched these birds from coming out the egg (ugly things they were) And watching the parentsfeeding them and going in everyday checking that all was ok. Also making sure that that parents had the right food like egg food with lots of veggies mixed in.And then watching the babies fly the nest. At which point I was outside every 2 secounds. As they fly up and hit the fence and there little heads get cut and then then they bleed.Because they can not judge the wire around the avairy.I was running indoors and outdoors like some daft mother hen looking after them, And now I have to intrust them to someome else. Not happy at all

Know how you feel Donnah..but you have to let go You have given them the best possible start in life and now you need to let others take over, and trust that they will have all the love and care you have given them. Sure it will be fine.

The way you're feeling shows the love and commitment you have for the animals you have.
Job well done with the Rosellas.

Hi Donnah,
They are beautiful, but I'm sure they will go to a super new home. You have obviously enjoyed looking after them and have given them lots of love, care and attention.

Oh my goodness Donnah...you have new babies to look forward to? how long does it take for the parents to produce eggs again? and then how long for incubation? soudns like quite an interesting process...and then watching them grow and learn to fly...well you have certainly done all that you are supposed to do...they are so beautiful...it is nice you can do this and have the place to do it in...to follow ones passion is such a blessing.
Try to be happy for them and know that you helped them get to a new happy home as intended...
