Thanks Karen, both places are on land which used to be known as Aston Moss, and there were loads of nurseries on there, most of which sold out when they wanted to put part of the M60 through it.
Hi Sue, yes it's a pity there aren't more of these independents around, I think the big garden centres have proliferated because the majority of their customers don't really know a lot about gardening, and go to them as part of a day out, and plants come secondary,[even to the proprietors ].
