AS a passionate gardener I'm fortunate enough to combine my hobby with my work as a journalist. I write the weekly gardening column in The Sunday Post and I have also written on gardening for The Herald, Scotland on Sunday, The Garden (the RHS journal) and Gardens Illustrated.
I also handle press and media for Gardening Scotland, the national flower and outdoor living show, and this has given me the opportunity to meet so many people who share my enthusiasm for plants and gardens.
My own garden is woefully small but that doesn't stop me from cramming it full of more plants than there is actually space for and my collection of pots seems to multiply while my back is turned.
