Hydrangeas in the hill

In late November and early December the hydrangeas begin blooming. The hills of the Serra Gaucha has roads lined with hydrangeas of various types and colors.
This last Thursday was a holiday in Brazil, the day of the proclamation of the republic. I took this holiday to travel to the mountains and photograph the flowers.

As you can see the remains from the last season still there, just because is a long long road and too much to be trimed and cleaned. It have been planted once and grew from there on.

At last, but no least, the toy factory, where Santa makes the toys. Nestled amid the pines and ferns.

The train takes visitors down to the home of Santa Claus. But, this is another story for another blog coming soon.

Hi Jent,

You are right!!! Since when the human being has decided that travel was interesting, the plants have been one of the greatest treasures transiting between countries and continents.
thanks to that we can grow most of the planet plants and flowers in our gardens.

As harder it is to grow it ... as prouder we are for suceed.
