I inherited a modest garden when we moved into this house. I have kept it in good order but it now needs a bit of re ordering which I must do slowly. I am gradually learning about borders and shrubs and how to make small new arrangements. Conifers have been a feature in the past but they have begun to predominate so I now going through a ruthless phase while I have the energy to do something about it.
