So sorry I’ve not been on here for a little while. I’ve not been too well and I’ve been having some hospital treatment, which I won’t bore you with the details, and then two of my friends are having their own problems which I am doing my best to help with. One particular friends husband is in his last days of throat cancer and I am trying to help her cope with the painful knowledge that any day now, she may find he has slipped away…even if it will be a blessing, for both of them.
The other has her husband in hospital with pneumonia. He already has Parkinson’s, so it’s a worrying time for her and the family.
I’ve tried to keep bobbing in and out to see what you’ve all been up to, but I apologise if I’ve not had time to comment. I hope to be back very soon meanwhile I hope you’re all enjoying the summer weather now it’s finally arrived!!

My husband and I were saying how so many of our friends were having a pretty hard time health wise. It is so sad to see people you care for struggling.

Sorry to hear you haven't been well and your friends are having to cope with such sad news too, a difficult time for you all do take care and get well soon.
