Born in Minnesota USA, transplanted to Rotherham England, married a Yorkshireman, have two BIG black dogs, one green bird and all the roses I dreamt about in the Minnesota frozen winters.
Luv it in England, have an enormous amount of garden repair to do because of building a conservatory last summer - have read and looked a many beautiful photos here - no veg - just flowers, not enough sunshine for veg....very shady garden but it's lovely when hot....three water features, husband-installed or created and the rest is up to me......too many birds to count each morning when hubby feeds and talks to them...lovely little things.
Will send some photos when I get more time. Brian is a wonderful photographer and has immortalized my roses even though some of them I forget the names of.....even unamed they are gorgeous to me....have a great day.
