About me

We live in north Kent .Our garden was a field when we bought the cottage 7 years ago . It is 90ft long and about 50ft wide . After a great deal of planning, It now has a winding stone path 3 arches a small pond,a greenhouse and a garden room part of which I use as a studio for wayercolour painting . Guess my favourite subject? Oh I do have a small vegie patch; but its mostly island beds... no straight lines. It is the only place I can really relax.The majority of the flowers are grown from seed but I love cuttings from friends and family. I belong to a local garden club and exhibit at their seasonal shows. Have opened the garden for Garden Safaris several times but taking a break this year.
