Why do my citrus trees not retain their fruit?

I am feeding weekly, spraying daily, watering every two days. The trees are kept in the conservatory, look extremely green and healthy. Produced lots of fruit, but the fruit falls off in embryonic state.

Only thing i can think of is that at the embryonic stage which is early spring in UK i believe, either the temperature (although in a conservatory) drops below a temperature it requires, or its getting to much water and th e fruits are swelling- becoming to heavy before the stalk can take the weight and drop off. Watering every 2 days seems alot, esp as there used to more meditteranian temperature where it doesnt rain for weeks!?

Possible, but im not sure...
