Have planted a Ceanothus Puget Blue back in May against an east facing fence. It flowered beautifully and increases its hight by half. But over the past few weeks it has gone yellow and seems to be dying. What could be the problem

You don't say where you are in the UK. It could be either not enough water, or too much! Sorry I can't be more help. Try feeding it, you never know - it might help.
