What is this succulent?

The leaves are quite thick and squeaky shiny, like peapods are. It has a tiny pink flower and is trailing. The person I bought it off didn't know its name, but he had one growing in a hanging basket. Sorry it's a tad out of focus. Oops!

Thanks, Bamboo. The nearest I could get was a cross between a Tradescantia and a Mesembryanthemum, but somehow I don't think that's possible.

Been right through the houseplant book and I can't find it. But every time I look at the picture, I keep thinking some kind of Kalanchoe...
