cordyline care

By Wrighty

northumberland, United Kingdom Gb

last month i planted two cordyline australis into large planters on my patio but now most of the long purple leaves are turning a greeny brown colour , is this normal and do i need feed them with something .

many thanks

It could need more light, summer is coming and they should 'purple-up' again. Some of the lower leaves will die off as it grows. cut or pull them off. Don't overwater them or they could rot.

How do I say thanks?
